“ We came here after several terrible experiences with food near the beach. I rarely give a 5 star, and I am very familiar with Mexican and Mexican American food. This was excellent given its location, price point, service, and food choices. We ordered fish ceviche (excellent, comes with hot potato pancakes and a load of avocados), and carne asada steak dinner (nicely seasoned and marinated, soft). Steak came with rice and smooth pureed beans (very good and not greasy). Steak had whole grilled onions, nice touch. Excellent margaritas. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and it didn't feel overpriced. Excellent, attentive service. Nice design. Why we need diversity in this country. Otherwise, we'd be stuck with boring basic food. ”
“ We were here on vacation. This restaurant had 5 stars so we tried it. AMAZING!!!!! Most authentic and flavorful Mexican food in all of N.C. Well worth the visit. Wonderful service. The salsa was so freshly homemade with bursting flavor. Several of us believe it's the best Mexican food we've ever eaten statewide. Try it!!! ”
“ This place is absolutely gorgeous!! I can imagine what it looks like in the night time!! The music wasn’t loud but it was just right. The two guys were very welcoming as soon as we stepped in the building. The restaurant was very clean and the Bathrooms are spotless. It is a little pricey for two people but it’s okay!! Do you see the size of that burrito?? definitely worth every single cent and plus meat ain’t cheap these days!! I had tacos de lengua, so tender and juicy, best horchata I’ve had in Morehead. They had a little infant seat cradle for our five month old, which is pretty cool most restaurants do not have that!! We definitely will be coming back!! ”

“ A wonderfully decorated interior, when walking in from the inconspicuous strip mall it's in, you get a welcoming surprise. Inviting and vibrant decor, tempting smells from the kitchen, delicious drinks. I've not had a bad meal here, and especially live the ceviche. It seems to be a decent price, but then it arrives and you realize you have enough food for two, beautifully presented. I've never ordered it, but they also have a table side guacamole cart that comes to offer heaping bowls of freshly made guacamole. ”
